What this is

OddsFloor is an odds-comparison and analysis tool for education and research. We display publicly available sportsbook prices, compute fair-value estimates from them, and link out to licensed sportsbooks. We are not a sportsbook. We take no bets, hold no funds, and process no wagers.

No guarantees

Expected value is a statistical estimate, not a promise. Odds move constantly and can differ from what we display by the time you reach a sportsbook. Always verify the price at the book before placing any bet. Past positive expected value does not guarantee profit. You can lose money betting on sports. Nothing here is financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older (or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and located where sports betting is legal to act on anything shown here. You're responsible for complying with your local laws and each sportsbook's terms.

Your account and data

• We collect your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account. Email is used for sign-in and service messages; phone is used for account contact and, with your consent, the messages described below.
• Your settings, saved profiles, and bet log are stored against your account so they follow you across devices. They're yours; we don't sell them or share them with sportsbooks.
• We use privacy-respecting usage analytics to understand which features get used. No ad trackers.
• Want your account and data deleted? Email us and it's gone.

Marketing messages, email and text

When you create an account you agree to receive messages from OddsFloor at the email address and phone number you gave us. Two kinds:

• Service messages. Sign-in, password resets, security notices, and changes to these terms. These are part of having an account and can't be turned off while the account is open.
• Marketing messages. Product updates, new features, betting-tool tips, and offers. Sent by email and by text message (SMS), including messages sent using automated technology.

The details that matter:

• Message frequency varies. We don't send on a fixed schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's normal charges are between you and your carrier.
• Text STOP to any message to opt out of texts. Text HELP for help. You'll get one confirmation message after opting out, then nothing further.
• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, done.
• Opting out of marketing never affects your access. Everything on the site keeps working, and service messages keep arriving.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We don't sell or rent your phone number or email address. We don't share them with sportsbooks.

We keep a record of when you agreed to this, and to which version of these terms, so we can show what you consented to. Want it withdrawn entirely along with your data? Email us and it's gone.

Sportsbook links

Links into sportsbooks are provided for convenience. Some may become affiliate links in the future, meaning we could earn a commission if you sign up through them. That never changes the odds you get or the numbers we show; the math engine doesn't know which book pays us.

Team names and colours

You can theme the dashboard with a professional team's colours. Team names and colours are used only to identify which theme you picked. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any team, league or players' association, and we do not use any team's logos or other marks. Team names and colours remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the data feeds; don't attempt to disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for losses arising from betting decisions, data inaccuracies, delays, or downtime.
